The source is so embedded in his world that the line between what Amy supposedly said and what Salla's platform has already published is completely dissolved. The source feeds back Salla's own framework as confirmation — and Salla presents that reflection as independent corroboration.
In court this distinction barely matters. Whether the source is real or a construct, Salla made a specific definitive claim about a documented dead woman, monetized it the same day, and the entire evidentiary chain runs through content he controlled, edited, selectively deleted, and published himself. That is what discovery will examine — not whether the source exists, but whether anything Salla published can be verified by any party other than Salla.
Strip It All Away — What Actually Remains
Remove JP — unverified, verified E4 water purification mechanic. Remove Rodrigues — unverified "20 and back" claim, zero independent cases. Remove the van photo — anyone can photograph any van. Remove Weinstein — who never said what Salla implied he said. Remove Salla's own prior articles he cites as corroboration.
What remains is this: a typed blog paragraph, in Salla's vocabulary, using Salla's terminology, referencing Salla's own prior content back to Salla, with portions deleted by Salla, attributed to an anonymous person no one can identify, describing a conversation that was never screenshotted, that no independent party can verify existed.
That is what was declared as fact to 777,000 people. That is what the $55 webinar was built on. That is what a BC Supreme Court lawsuit is now examining. Whether the source exists or not, whether the account is genuine or constructed — the evidentiary problem is identical. Nothing in the chain can be verified by any party other than Salla himself.
Discovery will ask for the device. The metadata either exists or it doesn't. That answer resolves the question the article cannot.

Amy Eskridge documented her own fear of being killed, said she would never die by suicide, and died anyway. That story reached the FBI, Congress, and the President. Salla walked past all of it to sell a different one — built on a typed blog paragraph with no screenshot, a photo of a parked van, and two witnesses with no verified credentials between them. The person who co-founded her institute filed the lawsuit the same day, before the webinar ended. That speed suggests someone who was ready — and intends to finish it.
